Anti - rust and solvent resistant powder coat finish with plastic bumpers fitted to each corner, perforated sides for accessories to be attached with comfortable shaped side pull handle. Steel inner walls with reinforcement on the back panel, unit has 45° angled corners to help prevent strain on the unit when being re-positioned and causing cracks. All drawers have 45mm ball bearing slides and are a traditional design with a chromed drawer front. Each drawer has its own separate catch, which allow only one drawer to be opened at a time with an auto lock - the drawer locates with magnets when being closed. Fitted with 3mm EVA drawer liners. Total load capacity = 290kgs which is an evenly distributed load with a full height rear locking mechanism. Supplied with 125mm diameter castors - 2 locked and 2 with toe lock brake which absorb shocks when repositioning the unit. With 10mm EVA top mat, and tumbler style locks supplied with 2 keys with over 1000 lock combinations. Fully guaranteed.
