CEN01 Controlled By PLC Resistance Type Electric Lubricator Lubricant System

  1. It is tested and verified by TUV Rheinland in Taiwan and had passed CE of Machinery Safety Directive (MSD 89/392/EEC) and Low Voltage Directive (LVD 73/23/EEC). It conforms to UN's requirement of "Necessary Safety, Hygienic Regulation."
  2. It is without timer (also could be controlled by Programmable Logic Controller) and can work with many kinds of open distributors and ratio connectors.
  3. It has a pressure switch device and been set up as 1kgf/ccm2 for checking if the oil pipe works normally. The standard specification is NC (Normal Close) contact, which means if the pressure is abnormal, it will have abnormal signal. NO (Normal Open) contact is on request.
  4. It has shaded-pole type motor with a temperature controller. When the temperature reaches 100 degrees, the motor will shut down 5 minutes to protect the motor.
  5. It has a spark-eliminator inside to prevent the sparks producing when the electric current is running. The spark-eliminator can avoid PLC to be interfered.
  6. It has a float switch that can detect the volume of oil. It will alarm automatically when the oil level is lower than the standard.
  7. It has a feed-oil button, press the button and the oil will feed immediately.
  8. It has a pressure gauge for checking if the pressure is normal.
  9. Its function is similar to CEN02 type. The difference is CEN01 type is without timer and CEN02 type is controlled by a timer. CEN03 and CEN04 types are pressure-relief type of electric lubricators.
